My Helicopter Spinning

THE NEW WORLD OF ROMAN JACKSON

The magnificent feather Romain Sardou no introduction. The first time I read one of his works was "A second before Christmas " a wonderful tale of London in the nineteenth century, the world of Dickens, I was surprised, amazed, excited at once by the style, history, talent. That's what state you leave Damien Sardou! (Of course, I did not miss the three Christmas stories that the author published).
His early works were "Deliver Us From Evil," "The Radiance of God" "Forgive our trespasses," medieval thriller, "No one escapes," "Leaving Rome or die", in " America "We're off to America through the destiny and the clash of two families over several generations. One, Irish and Catholic, the other English and Protestant. In this first volume, which runs from 1688 to 1732, the Bateman and Muir's clash in an epic transcontinental. Everything starts with the murder of an Indian English by a settler who tries to blame the Spaniards, while the other side of the continent, two young Irish married against their will, are embedded into an unknown land ... In a style always teeming, vibrant and addictive, the author recounts the history of the New World. Since the inception of the 13th state, Georgia, soubressauts twentieth century, the reader witnesses the birth of a nation: the United States.
" All these settlers from across Europe have succeeded in making a people because they shared same idea of \u200b\u200bfreedom " author says admiringly. Sardou Romain loves the crisp narration " I'm not the type to make pages of free literature. Whereby the run to the rhythm of writing a story to multiple twists. To go the distance on three books, you need cartridges. Some characters actually existed. The terrifying prison of the Fleet, where each prisoner had to pay rent to life, as ". " In my novels, I love the job description. Also, I try to make entertainment, escapism and a novel the historical novel in itself help to this purpose. Readers are immediately projected outside and I appreciate it very much. " Romain Sardou ITW France Soir 08/24/2008
