How To Get Small Letters

Two years have passed ...

Two years have passed since I returned from my "Tourre of France" ...

I felt it was only a few weeks ago, so I keep a clear memory of my steps, very good moments I spent days and also more difficult, especially for all meetings that I've made ...

Since the end of my "Tourre de France" so I traveled nearly 12,000 miles, mainly on the beautiful roads of the Lyon region, alone or with my friends ducats.

My Ducati Desmosedici RR going very well, it now has 21,700 km on the clock and will soon qualify for its "huge revision" of the 24,000 km. Team Ducati Lyon planned this action for the week of November 9 to 13, and it probably will be featured in the press motorcycle ... I want to thank the whole team Ducati Lyon, directed by Frank Zaragoza, for the quality of his work, and especially Michael N'Gguyen, the foreman, and his team of mechanics for their high availability and professionalism.

A follow soon then!

Zenman blog is no more, because I completely fed up! World Chess Olympiad

On October 2, 2010.

As I was completely fed up but then we say Zenman blog (which was originally a party joke) I thought the issue at length this week how to do it without losing what has been done during those years and change url. Yesterday evening I took a walk and on returning I say this passes or it breaks and I'm mad, I took some risks. It paid off and I did, dare, but then I had lol.Comme completely fed up that they say Zenman blog (which was party begin with a joke) I thought the issue at length this week how to do it without losing what has been done during these years and change url. Yesterday evening I took a walk and on returning I say this passes or it breaks and I'm mad, I took some risks. It paid off and I did, dare, lol.

I have a few tricks honed over the other, but the biggest is done, the presentation is the same ...! This blog will no longer be updated, it will go to the other ...... I leave because if I disable it I lose the information ...

I also did a test for automatic redirection on my new blog but there is a catch if I return to an old article from my old it links to the home page again, that's why I did not ...

Not that I do not like to be Zen, but here too it, a small identity crisis, I can assure you it's not why I will change this ....

I will not send some mails to say my new address, no rowdy pub anyway we'll see in the long run .....

So my new blog will

2010. Chess Olympiad in Khanty-Mansiysk in Russia's 19 to 4 October 2010. C'est parti mon kiki! The chess games in PGN are available. Go the Belgian team and thoroughly! We must encourage them billions! . Interview by Belgian Chess Europe. Round 10 before October 1, 2010 Last Round New Zealand vs Belgium will they eat mussels at this dinner with fries yum yum ..... and win! New Zealand 1 Belgium 3 and YES!

ss Che World Olympiad PIAD 2010.

LIVE PARTS DIRECT
(see schedule below and add whatever ...)

- The 39th Chess Olympiad will be held from 19 to 4 October 2010 in Khanty-Mansiysk in Russia.

Ranking of Belgium in the 71th starting from 149 countries represented.
After the 9 rounds played Belgium ranks 55th out of 149!
In the interview you find later in the article by GM Robert Fontaine Chess in Europe, he interviewed such Vandenbussche Thibault on the ambitions of Belgium, Thibault said he seems to be in the TOP 50! is quite possible, elo rating is one thing but it must still win the parties, basically nothing is ever in advance. There is a good team atmosphere, and above all fight believe it, and it is quite within their reach, may the force be with you!

- Did you know?
The area was settled there over 5000 years by populations of mammoth hunters. For more visit WIKIPEDIA

- In 2008 the Chess Olympiads took place in Dresden, Germany, in 2012 they would be held in Turkey.
Belgium was represented by Cékro, Polaczek, Lawrence Saibulatov, with Gulbis as captain Valery Maes, Belgium unfortunately not aligning women's team! Belgium had finished 70th out of 154 countries represented. Initially She was 68th so we can say it was great!

- In 2010 the Chess Olympiad held in Khanty-Mansiysk in Russia, a town located some 1903 km north-east of Moscow.
And this year no women's team! I think it's wrong because even if they do not experience the "international heavyweights" that would make their experience and then what honor to represent Belgium and what memories for them especially, c ' when current is not able to participate in such a competition. I think it's stupid because it's free too!

- For men (mixed Olympics) Belgium will be represented by
1 Bart Michiels MI 2459 Belgian No. 5 (code Fide)
2 Saibulatov Daniyal MI 2400 No. 8 Belgian (Fide rating)
Polaczek Richard MI 3 2385 No. 11 Belgian (Fide rating)
4 Thibaut Vandenbussche FP 2333 No. 23 Belgian (Fide rating)
Rooze 5 January 2288 MF # 37 Belgian (Fide rating)

- Average elo of 2373! For information, games played in 11 chess round 4 as there is always someone to rest, to prepare, reserve ... In general there is an extra person to serve as captain but This year there will be no 6th this person.

- Bart Michiels in great shape just done a performance of GMI the InventiChess2010 , and remember also the InventiChess2009 he had achieved a draw against GMI French Etienne Bacrot in Round 5, 2721 elo Etienne was only at this time, lol!
Saiboulatov Danial 2 years ago had a wonderful career, he even won some tale Zoran Jovanovic at the 2564 elo Round 4.
Polaczek Richard is a man of experience he had done well, and Vandenbussche Rooze I do not know.
hope their good luck! Sometimes September 19 and the parties begin September 21.

- Did you know?
Misconceptions: Pierre de Fredy, Baron de Coubertin was not an apostle of amateurism, the Olympic motto "Citius, Altius, Fortius" (Faster, Higher, Stronger) is the father Dido Prior of the College of Arcueil and most importantly, he never said "the important thing is to participate" but in 1908 he took a sentence of the Bishop of Pennsylvania "The important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle, the essential thing is not to have conquered but to have fought well." see WIKIPEDIA

- Games start at 15:00 local time so it's me but the last 11:00 to 11:00 then 7:00 Jean-Mi

Cadence: 90 minutes for 40 moves then 30 minutes for the rest of the game all with an increment of 30 seconds per move.

IMD 2395 elo Cristina Foisor well known in Belgium and other countries also represent Romania! It's a family that plays chess! May the force be with you. Yeah sometimes I make the horn on his blog and Christina Chess Foisor the kindness to answer me in French! Owls exercises too but I did not always time ... A quick hello on her blog FOISOIR CHESS . Very simple and very nice as what we can be pro and respect people. Example to follow!

Superb video portion ending in a draw against the Belgian Fabrice Wantiez ( CHESS PHOTOS with its stealth aircraft, lol) HERE

's daughter Christina Sabina-Francesca played for the U.S. and this is her first Olympiad!
Speaking of girls is really dumb to Belgium, I Speed looked there are plenty of players and players with no FIDE rating, so here goes ....

Belgium is 71th out of 148 nations represented!

Well I am surprised! This photo was sent to me without anything asked by the MI Bart Michiels Cantius-Mansiysk, the Belgian team photo was taken at the Moscow airport. Incredible! A big thank you! Do not clowning like me when I play (:))) Concentration! This photo was also sent to http://schaakfabriek.be / Jan Lagrain! And a report sent by the captain of the team in January Roos Oufti but how they know me? (:)))

- Round 1 on 23/09/2010
Tajikistan vs. Belgium 2.5 to 1.5
IM Bart Michiels 2459 - 2602 GM Farrukh Amonatov 0-1 (in 38 moves)
IM Nazarov Anvar 2335 - 2400 IM Saibulatov Daniyal 0-1 (in 54 moves)
IM Polaczek Richard 2385 - IM Isaev Jamshed 2382 1-0 (in 44 moves)
Djuraev Sokhib FM 2397 - FM Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333 ½ - ½ (in 135 shots)

Not easy eh ....

Djuraev vs. Vandenbussche 2397 2333 1 / 2 - 1 / 2

just goes when you are behind a chess board that is not always easy ....

Ci-cons the position after that whites have played 96.Ra8 is a typical final and so-called elementary! And say it never happens, well, here ..... done!

Vandenbusche mater failed in less than 50 shots and the final I explain IN VIDEO HERE (plus I'm serious for once, lol)

team that wins the primary and half a point each account ....

Proceedings of the first round of team captain Belgian Jan Rooze and play well.

- We won today against Tajikistan, a stronger team on paper than we do. Of the 150 countries for men, the ranking of Belgium is the 71st, while Tajikistan is 62nd. The score is 2.5 to 1.5. In the first scene Bart Michiels loses against a GM 2600 ELO, but after a long party which was very equal - but clearly the experience of the GM (also a product of Tajikistan inherited the Soviet school!). In the second scene, Daniyal Saibulatov gain after a good game until the middle game and then a rather unexpected aftermath of the opponent, then playing Daniyal all or nothing and wins. In the third scene, earning a very solid and never question Richard. In the 4th scene, excellent part of Thibaut Vandenbussche, getting some quite successful (and Cavalier King Fu cons naked), but unfortunately not succeeding to the mat in 50 moves.

- Tomorrow we play against Sri Lanka team quite low, which seems to give a chance for a really strong opponent after tomorrow.
By visiting the website of the tournament, I suggest you see the pictures of the opening ceremony, an impressive sight and very professional, showing that chess is an important sport in Russia. At the same time, the city of Khanty-Mansiysk is a very impressive showing as a new prestigious center of chess - with money from Gazprom and oil.

Sincerely,

January Rooze

A GALLERY OF BELGIAN! By Thibaut Vandenbussche

Proceedings of the second round by Jan Rooze

- Here is confirmation of our victory today: 4-0 against Sri Lanka. I played the fourth board in place of Theo. We now look forward with great excitement our opponent tomorrow - that should be one of the strongest countries! This will be known soon, probably in the next quarter of an hour, so I suggest you watch it on the website.

- That this will be Estonia there are 2 and 3 MI GMI team in an average elo of 2511, they're crazy it fights back!

Additional note:

- This morning Captain of the team in January Rooze sent an email (a story) Dutch to Jan Lagrain putting me in hard copy with a note putting in case I understand Dutch.
Unfortunately apart from a few words I'm no language. Besides, I thank the whole team to write in French! January explained the lack of time but it still write to me. I still tried to translate a short passage with my friend Google translator, a real calamity (;))) But it was worth it!

- Behold, I have tried to do my best (some passages have been cut but does not alter the meaning of article)

- It's amazing the number of smaller countries now, even if failures do not mean very much, and these countries also have a women's team. Among women is also striking how young girls are here! I think about 50% less than 20 years. It is an opportunity not to be missed for the Ladies!
In addition, we note that the pride of many teams of their countries by displaying their t-shirts or flags, tracksuits etc ... .. While we remember that we have to FRBE little pride and ambition ... etc.. Also it should change for the future, and a more serious approach, and perhaps even find some money from sponsors "sponsor" for this to be true! And maybe we should do everything to Euro 2011 ...

- Round 3 on 23/09/2010 at 11:00
Belgium vs. Estonia 1-3
IM Bart Michiels 2459 - 2592 GM Kaido Kulaots 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (38 shots)
Kanepi GM Meelis 2532 - IM Saibulatov Daniyal 2400 1-0 (in 37 moves)
IM Polaczek Richard 2385 - IM Olav Sepp 2485 0-1 (in 73 moves)
IM Volodin Aleksandr 2433 - FM Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (76 shots)

In the part of Bart's final Tour and cons cancel the GMI Kualots, Daniyal had a Queen for a rook and two bishops, but the attack is too powerful and must bow against Kanepi! Richard fought until the 73rd shot before throwing in the towel against Sepp. In Part Thibault Alexander Volodin against IM final, which he has played in background, in fact, Thibault R + C + 2 pawns (column c and g) against the R and F, it deserves a diagram for the final!
Volodin Aleksander 2433
vs.
Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333
Thibaut has just played 47 ... Cxe6. Actually I wanted to know if Black can win that position with their 2 more pawns. Well, the answer is no! Incredible eh .... and this is not a joke. Unfortunately I did on my PC and with this Fritz the big potato tablebases of Nalimov 5 pieces (with the Kings included) plus or minus 7.5 GB but here there are 6 and I should be 1200Go 1.2 TB! Here it is for white to play and they have a shot to make it zero 58. Re4 and if after all the best moves are played is zero, but remember that we are not machines and that we must try! Is that Thibault did and beat it! As proof I invite you to copy the code FEN-fat and visit the site for final Schredder 6 pieces!

and also ChessBase défintion whose link is found in " Game and Tournament ", I presume.

Many photos have been added Slideshow of the Belgian team created for the occasion by Thibault.

A little funny thing, actually, but despite their defeat with honor because they fought, nowadays they are "banging" a large team, Cuba which is original to the 18th ranking, the average elo of this team to the 4th round is 2639.25, and 4 GMI. You must be super happy (:))))
"The important thing in life is not the triumph but the struggle, the essential thing is not to have conquered but to s' be well beaten "

Record Jan Rooze captain Belgian

(Me, lol, I made small changes but does not alter the meaning of article)
Hello Jean-Michel

- For yesterday, as you may have see, we lost 3-1, but very long, it expected 2-2. Richard had a slightly better position, or perhaps he has not played the right move at the right time. Although his advantage had disappeared, yet we trust that make no knowing his good technique and experience, already show the early rounds. But maybe it was a bit unbalanced by having lost his advantage, so that, under time pressure, he did not play better ... and therefore lost, so undeserved. On the other hand, Thibaut Vandenbussche, 23 years young player who comes from the same town as Bart Michiels (Wetteren near Ghent) had an overwhelming endgame, arriving even has 2 pawns ahead, so it seemed justifiable to expect already a point for us on this 4th board. Then he proved he arrived in a final Cavalier King + King and two pawns against Bishop, which was technically more winnable ... Bad luck, no doubt - knowing that we played our endgames always with very little time because the pace is 90 minutes 40coups then 30 minutes for the rest of the game, all with an increment of 30 seconds. This means that in many parts, it often plays with 30 to 60 seconds on the clock.

- Too bad, because Bart Michiels started well with a draw against a very strong GM very strong, with over 2600 ELO, proof that he has kept his form of Brasschaat, or he has a score of 2.5 out of 3 against 3 strong GM (Sokolov, Istratescu, Meier), second place in the tournament and his second GM norm with a TPR of 2605. By cons, Daniyal Saibulatov had a game more difficult, or opponent had managed to fully exploit his weakness on f5. However, noting the fighting spirit of Daniyal, I'm sure he takes his revenge soon!

- To our amazement, we still play today with the great, like yesterday in the small room reserved for the top teams! Yesterday we played at the table 11 (of 75 in total for men), while at the table 12 with the Hungarian team played Leko and Judith Polgar, and Table 13 Team Russia 1 (Russia plays with 5 teams, including a young!) with Kramnik, Grischuk, Svidler Karjakin and - the big names. Namely still that second round, playing in the big room, we were side of the world No. 1, Magnus Carlsen ... Surprisingly, therefore, that even after our defeat yesterday, we remain in the family, and play at the table 12 against Cuba. Great challenge, no doubt, knowing that this team has an ELO average verging on 2,600 points, but, as captain, I see that we keep the morale and having the right (and he deserved!) Of play against players of this level, motivates and stimulates each.

- As for my little mail (in Dutch) yesterday, I greatly appreciate that you seem to share the same feeling it is time that Belgium has shown its true level. Belgium enormous efforts have been made to promote and expand the attraction of our game I was very happy in 2008 and 2009 can support our youth at the European championships (in Montenegro and Italy ), and find the strength, width and depth, we have already in Belgium especially among youth. For Olympics or European Championships must be the greatest effort to send our best players. And to do that, I believe that we should meet several conditions: a clear procedure of selection, applied in time, with open communication, full information for players, conditions of performance (timing of travel, hotel expenses principle ,...), load steps and possibly a reasonable compensation for our GMI. And this also for the European Championships, who compete each year between the biannual Olympics.

- Finally, it seems to me that we needed to decide on sending us a women's team because we have more and more women and girls who play chess, and playing a good standard and certainly not inferior to many countries here. Just look at the list of participating countries with a team also female, for you and surprise to find that it's almost shameful that Belgium does not.

- We lack good ways of being? Is the cash flow problem of our Federation is an excuse? Maybe a little this year it, but I think it flaw in Belgium vision and ambition measured and organized to do, and within this framework, we happen to find good ways or Sponsor! Note also that the owner of the consultancy company Inventive, tournament sponsor invention, is visiting here, acting as a big fan of chess, and bear our team! For 5 years, Roger Helsen was already a huge effort to promote chess in Belgium, and I am sure that with a vision and a good implementation, transparently, we will be able to earn other sponsors, to example of Mr Helsen.

Sincerely

January

Cuba vs.
Belgium 2.5 to 1.5 (:))) Bravo!

GM Dominguez Perez Leinier 2716 - 2459 Bart Michiels IM 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 ( 66 strokes)

Rooze FM January 2288 - GM Holden Hernandez Carmenates 2563 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (50 shots)

I is a thing to say about this result, congratulations to the team for this magnificent result!
Well done to haunt the elo rating (:))) Why I'm happy, just that it makes me happy to see a team who fights even though a defeat against a team with an average significantly higher elo!

I saw a little phrase on Europe Echecs , I quote "Belgium lacks create the feat against Cuba and does not tilt as 1.5 to 2.5! " As I have said to me is already an achievement, but it's nice read stuff like that!

- all good now not to fall into euphoria, nor to have a Overconfidence! Concentration, team cohesion, must be increased tenfold because anything goes! Today our team will face the fifth team from Russia, a 5 fifth team and not least with an average of 2414.75 elo elo (how accurately, lol) May the force be with you, it takes!

- Before making a small turn in the results of other countries, a bad story. Indeed in 2008 Morocco had not participated in the Olympiad in Dresden, Germany, and this year I was convinced he would attend. But this is not the case! There are countries that are crying to be able to represent their nations.
Olympics: For the umpteenth time, the absent reading on Morocco Morocco Chess.

Now I'll put the direct links to a few teams purely random (;))))

- women's team from Romania with Christina Foisoir spearhead .
- U.S. women's team with daughter Christina, Sabina-Francesca Irina Krush and the latter had participated in the World Championships Chess Blitz in Moscow recently.
- women's team from France with the No. 1 French and Sophie Marie Sebag Milliet vice-champion of France chess, 2010 (champion de France 2003, 2008 and 2009)
- women's team Ukrainne with the new champion Kateryna Lahno Blitz 2010 and is married to GM Robert Fontaine, Natalia Zhukova and Mariya Muzychuk had participated in the blitz world championship.
There are others but hey, great girls (;)))

Part of yesterday's Cuban GM Dominguez Perez Leinier 2716 (which was world champion chess Blitz in 2008) against the MI Belgian Bart Michiels 2459.
I asked my friend the big potato Fritz 12 to analyze the party so he found nothing, except say stupid things, like me, lol. So I added some basic stuff, but not much. So if you want to have fun, you just copy as is and paste it into your Fritz or another .... that's it.

Round 5 on 25/09/2010 at 11:00 pm Jean-Mi
Belgium vs. Russia 1-3
Bart Michiels 2459 IM - IM Pavel Potapov 2464 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (51 shots)
FM Alexander Kopylov A 2438 - 2400 IM Saibulatov Daniyal 1-0 (in 42 moves)
IM Polaczek Richard 2385 - 2235 CM Yuffa Daniil 0-1 (in 40 shots)
Prokopchuk GM Evgeny 2522 - FM Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (46 shots)

A final Tour for Bart who cancels face Potapov and we can say that Thibault held a candle to the GMI in Prokopchuk making a draw! Unfortunately Danyial and Richard must bow.
In Part Polaczek vs. Richard Yuffa Daniil I find very nice the last shot Yuffa, 40 TF5 threatening .... Lady and the abandonment of the field, if 46. DxTf5 Dg2 #, if Mother goes e4 e5 ... so there TxTf1 #. The white queen has no case to defend. The sudden defense if we can say is 46. Df2, then TxDf2 47. TxTf2 DxTf2 and will follow a dull fast .... The white king seems too exposed ....

Round 6 on 27/09/2010 at 11:00
Guatemala vs Belgium 1-3 (:)))
MI Juarez Flores Carlos A 2366 - 2459 Bart Michiels IM 0-1 (in 36 moves)
IM Saibulatov Daniyal 2400 - 2106 Winston Cu Hor 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 ( in 33 moves)
Q FM Ortiz Johnny Alexander 2179 - 2385 Richard IM Polaczek 0-1 (in 31 moves)
FM Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333 - 2106 Roberto Juarez Flores 1 / 2 to 1 / 2 (77 shots)

Yesterday I might have had to support me in national interclub (:))))

Daniyal and Thibault agrees. Richard needed, nice sacrifice quality I find and then he eats pretty good pieces, 3 queenside pawns past, and with his powerful pair of crazy off of their tour ... the h5 pawn would have no trouble going in h1, h5 after his opponent dropped. Bart is needed in the first table in a final Fools opposite colors, I see the clock of his opponent that there were only 38 seconds to play 4 shots (with increments of 30 seconds), the pieces of Bart's on white box (the color of the opponent's Fool) blocking all opponents pawns on black box (the color of Mad Bart), the c5 pawn opponent will be eaten alive ..... Bart could attack the enemy pieces but not the opponent because he can return to his camp and then he can activate his king pawn with 3 more related etc. .. ....

- Little communication Jan Rooze captain of the "Belgian team, and I quote:
" One expects a much stronger team tomorrow, knowing that the outcome of this match will affect our chances of a good final classification. "
JM: Moral very good so it's going very well!

- Léquipe is known, it will be Portugal, the team est composée de 2 et 3 MI GMI avec une moyenne de elo elo 2451.6.

The fighting of the Belgians is not rewarded! Too bad! Okay there are still 4 rounds and full points to make! This is not the time to give up! The opponent is known for today, this will be the Mali! May the force be with you!

In fact there is a link on each country against which we play is to Wikipedia, as you travel ....

Today Bart Michiels resting or preparing and giving space to the first board Carolo Danyial Saibulatov!

Round 8 September 29, 2010 at 11:00
Mali vs. Belgium 1-3 Yes!
Traore Bakary - IM Saibulatov Daniyal 2400 0-1 (in 47 moves)
IM Polaczek Richard 2385 - Abdoulaye Coulibaly 1-0 (in 36 moves)
Alhousseyni Hasseye - FM Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333 0-1 (32 shots)
FM Rooze January 2288 - Bah Brema 0-1 (in 55 moves)

As I can not see the live games I go by the clock and the final position of the official site.
Unfortunately the team captain had to bow in January Rooze, the final position with the rider in e1 which threatens to take Fou g2 (the lady can not take it if it is dull by Dg3xFg2) in fact there are lots of threats to blacks. I see that for Jan, there were more than four seconds on the clock, congratulations for having fought to the end! Time is part of the game!
I see this round as Danyial put the turbo in just 1:30 ET in 47 shots to defeat his opponent! Thibault and Richard for the win too, it must be good, they will be well prepared after this great team win! Okay guys if you read me that Jan was not too morale then made him beautiful faces (;)) There are still 3 rounds and lots of points to make!

The team is known for today, this is Barbados, the average elo of the entire team is 2231.2 elo.

Round 9 30/09/2010 at 11:00 at the table 37.
Barbados Belgium vs. 3-1
Bart Michiels 2459 IM - IM Denny Kevin 2316 1-0 (in 44 moves)
MI 2231 Terry Farley - Richard IM Polaczek 2385 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (18 rounds)
Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333 FM - FM Warner Delisle 2240 1-0 (In 42 moves)
FM Corbin Philip 2151 - FM Rooze January 2288 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (46 shots)

This is another good win here and defeat is good for morale!
Bart needed face Kevin Denny, having "won" a play at the 33th hit Denny abandons 44th time, I have won in quotes because it has caused, Bart has put pressure , hee hee! While Richard provides half point for the team in 18 rounds, although everyone knows that I am not particularly for zero speed, here we are in another context, each half is important, it is a team tournament and we must see the Captain's! And this is not a zero in 6 moves (and no I do not digest, lol). I liked the final Thibault against Warner, a final Thibault purely technical approaches that King d2 b to the column and goes to Lady, the black king can do nothing! And it ends with the captain January Rooze who must share the point against the 46th Corbin So when I see the final position, for me there is nothing to do! Race Result Belgium won 3-1! Bravo!

The opponent tomorrow will be the New Zealand average elo of the team of 2272.

Round 10 October 1, 2010 at 11:00 in the table 30
New Zealand vs. Belgium 1-3
FM Smith Robert W 2282 - IM Saibulatov Daniyal 2400 0-1 (in 47 moves)
IM Polaczek Richard 2385 - FM 2309 Michael Steadman 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (34 shots)
Nicolas Croad FM 2297 - FM Vandenbussche Thibaut 2333 1 / 2 - 1 / 2 (65 shots)
FM Rooze January 2288 - 2200 Daniel Han 1-0 (in 39 moves)

Danyal with blacks during the tenth round found the first board and needed again a Final Fou (for Danyal) and mare or the Fool is who wins, especially with its more pawn on the column, the time to eat with the King ...
with Richard White agrees in after 2 repetitions of the 34th position at once.
Thibaut cancels with blacks in a Tour final cons final Tour and pawn for his opponent, his typical position of zero is before the king pawn and Tour can make vertical chess etc. ...
January Rooze winning quality required in 39 shot nicely see diagram.
A nice team win again!
range when you hold us ....
Round 10 on 1/10/2010
Rooze January 2288
vs.
Daniel Han 2200
Blacks player just 34 .... Fd6 (Fu engaged by the pawn on c3) go and hop range 35. CB6 to earn a quality but there is probably more behind the head in January, since his opponent was ill at the time, in full view of the clocks of the final position for Jan 18 seconds and 4 minutes.
blacks as a quality rather than lose the pawn on c3 eat and left the Tour on d5, then 35 .... Txc3 36.Cxd5 the little trick with this decision, c ' is that the lady will be "nailed" by Mad thereafter ..... 36 ....... DxCd5 37. TD7 this is the lady "nailed" the blacks are trying all the while lack of time ..... 37 Tc1 (it seems to defend TC6 would have been better ...) 38 Rh2 no choice ..... e4 + 38 (in my defense always push TC6) 39.TaxFd6 abandoned on the field and 1-0! Very nice combination and it is the foot (:)))

Andorra - Bid for European Team Chess Championship 2013. The Principality of Andorra candidate at the European Championship Chess Team in 2013.

The Principality of Andorra candidate for the European Championships by Team Chess 2013.

- I received an email from FEDV who is a candidate for the European Team Chess Championship 2013, unfortunately, this mail is in English, and translator like Google to small problems and too (;))) I would do a small translation in French, I'll put the original then.

- One thing that struck me as a tiny principality Andorra is a candidate, but there the determination to succeed! This proposal will be on the agenda at the European Chess Union and it will take the majority of chess federations in Europe for this to succeed.

- Andorra intends to be the first state to take up small this challenge!

- The championship will be held in Andorra's capital the previous convention center building completely renovated in 2007 and became the center of the world of chess.

- The Andorran government supports this initiative. The competition would take place in early June 2013, when the weather is pleasant. (In Belgium you can always courrir ...)

-There is no airport in Andorra but is at 2:30 Barcelona and shuttles will be provided.

- While there is great!
On the other hand, the offer aims to promote the participation of small European states, we are fully aware of their economic problems and sports. Therefore, the organizers offer special conditions so that these countries can participate in the event, such as discounts of 50% or other favorable terms. The objective of Andorra is for them to be together again, as we were in 2009 during the Olympics small European chess. (I rather think it's 2008 unless I'm wrong in translation)

- The nomination will be officially presented at the Chess Olympiads in Khanty-Mansiysk, which take place from 19 to 4 October 2010.

Well hat for a "small country, principality" of success and can serve as an example!

Now I offer the full text in English and some photos, and more beautiful!

Andorra, bid for European Team Chess Championship 2013

The Principality of Andorra and Its capital, Andorra la Vella have officially bid for the European Team Chess Championship 2013. Such event constitutes a challenge for any organizer: the F.E.V.A. (Chess Federation of Andorra) intends Andorra to be the first small state to meet this challenge.

Thus, during the days of the competition, Andorra would become the centre of the chess world. Holding such a mediatic event may open the doors of the Principality, through the internet and the mass media, to a significant audience who would then be able to get to know the facilities and means of our small country.

The Government of Andorra is directly backing the event, which counts as well with the unwavering support from the Comú (City Council) of Andorra la Vella. The Plaza Hotels and the playing hall, the Congress Centre, will be located in the capital of the state.

Andorra la Vella Congress Centre is a modern building, completely refurbished in 2007. It can comfortably accommodate all tournament participants and it also has a 900-capacity auditorium where opening and closing ceremonies, as well as ECU Congress and General Assembly, would be held. The Congress Centre is equipped with exclusive design seats, individual electrical connections, five simultaneous translation booths and a powerful multimedia suite.

Two adjacent playing rooms of around 600m2 would be available for the tournament, as well as enough auxiliary rooms for organisation staff, arbiters and game analysis. Both the playing hall and the official hotels will offer free wireless internet connection during the event.

Our three hotels, Carlton Plaza , Crowne Plaza and Plaza , are 5-star category (5 étoiles!) . Another remarkable feature is that 2 of them are a mere 2 minutes away from the playing hall, while the distance to the farthest hotel is about 10 minutes. All of them, and the playing hall, are located in the centre of the capital. Therefore, all city services are close at hand, and you can enjoy Andorra large shopping area.

Our bid also offers the possibility of celebrating the tournament during the first part of June, when the weather in Andorra is usually nice and thus both leisure and mountain tourism are good options.

There is no airport in Andorra, but the country has an excellent connection with Barcelona International Airport. The Organising Committee will provide all tournament participants with shuttle buses for transfer from Barcelona to Andorra. The journey takes about 2h30min.

On the other hand, our bid intends to promote the participation of European small states, as we are fully aware of their economic and sport issues. Therefore, the organizers will offer special conditions so that these countries can take part in the event, such as 50% discounts or other favorable conditions. Our goal is for us to be together again, as we were in 2009 during the Small European Countries Chess Olympics.

Our bid to accommodate in Andorra the best European Team Championship will be officially presented during our stay in Khanty-Mansiysk. In the meantime, we would appreciate you forwarding any doubt or question to our e-mail address info@escacsandorra.com

Best regards,

Andorra Chess Federation

Women's World Blitz Championship 2010. Women's World Championship Blitz 2010 in Moscow Russia from 15 to 18 September 2010. Kateryna Lahno is the Queen of the Blitz! The chess games in pgn the final with full odds elo etc. .. by Jean-Mi!

The world chess championship women's blitz will take place from 15 to 18 September 2010 in Moscow, Russia.

The championship takes place in 2 phases.
The first of 15 to 16 September for the half finals.
The second from September 17 to 18 for the final.
One can note the presence of World Chess Champion (2008) Alexandra Kosteniuk in the classical part.
Also the No. 1 women's French Marie Sebag, who has already qualified for the finals and the new champion France (2010) Almira Skripchenko, Almira must play 1 / 2 finals. As the Bulgarian Antoaneta Stefanova who is also qualified for the final, Antoaneta Stefanova was involved in the InventiChess 2009 Antwerp in Belgium. No Belgian blitzeuses .... sniff ..... at least I have not seen ....

There are only 16 participants for the grand finale.
Are not they cute? lol
The final is played in double round robin at the rate of 3 minutes and an increment of 2 seconds.
That makes a total of 30 rounds to the final. Is 240 parts!

Gift of Jean-Mi,
Unique in the world is that I just encode 480 elo rating ... etc. for 30 rounds and no site or blog has done, that's .... that's not even the official site ... I put in my account Bigdatabase later ....
